Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any plan, add-on, or service, you agree to all the terms mentioned below. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not proceed with the purchase.

1. Service Activation

Services will commence only after successful receipt of full payment. The service period begins from the date of payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Timeline

Website development and setup shall be completed within 14 working days after receiving complete content and required credentials.

3. Domain Registration Policy

The domain will be provided based on availability at the time of registration. It is valid for one year and must be renewed annually to ensure uninterrupted service. The company shall not be responsible for domain expiry due to non-renewal.

4. Mobile Application Policy

The mobile application will be developed using a WebView version of your website. The app will display your live website inside the mobile application interface. The same structure applies for both Android and iOS platforms. App store approvals are subject to respective platform policies.

5. Pincode / Location Delivery System

This feature allows you to enable delivery for specific pincodes, cities, or states as per your business requirements. You may restrict delivery to selected regions. This service is valid for one year from activation date and is subject to annual renewal.

6. Business Email Service

Professional Business Email addresses will be created using your registered domain.

Features include secure inbox access, webmail interface, and administrative control. Email service is valid for one year and must be renewed annually.

7. Renewal & Maintenance Policy

The renewal fee covers annual software maintenance, technical support, security updates, and system upgrades required to keep the platform operational. Renewal charges apply from the following year to ensure uninterrupted service.

8. Hosting & Traffic Usage

Hosting includes limited monthly traffic as per selected plan. Additional bandwidth or server upgrades may incur extra charges.

9. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Once payment is successfully processed, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances, including change of mind, dissatisfaction, non-usage, or business closure.

10. Client Responsibilities

• Provide lawful and accurate business information.
• Comply with applicable Indian laws and regulations.
• Avoid illegal or restricted products/services.
• Maintain account security and confidentiality.

11. Intellectual Property

All software systems, backend architecture, and proprietary modules remain exclusive property of the company.

12. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including revenue loss, downtime, or third-party failures.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall fall under competent court jurisdiction.

14. Legal Acceptance

By making payment, you acknowledge full legal acceptance of all stated terms.
