3-Month Trial Plan – Terms & Conditions
1. Validity Period
The Trial Plan shall remain valid for a period of 90 days from the official date of activation. The service will automatically expire at the end of the trial period unless upgraded to a paid annual plan.
2. One-Time Setup Fee
A one-time setup fee is payable at the time of onboarding. This fee covers initial technical configuration, system deployment, server provisioning, domain linking, and complete platform setup. The setup fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
3. Refund & Money-Back Policy
If the Client believes that the platform does not meet expectations, a refund request may be submitted within the active 90-day trial period.
- A clear and genuine reason for cancellation must be provided.
- Constructive feedback is mandatory for internal review.
- The one-time setup fee and applicable GST are strictly non-refundable.
Upon approval after internal evaluation, the eligible refundable amount shall be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval. The company reserves the full right to approve or reject refund requests based on policy compliance.
4. Hosting & Usage Policy
The website will be hosted on secure and enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. The Trial Plan includes hosting support for up to 5,000 monthly visitors.
If monthly traffic exceeds the allocated limit, additional hosting and bandwidth charges shall apply based on actual resource consumption.
5. Upgrade & Adjustment Benefit
Upon successful completion of the 90-day trial period, if the Client chooses to upgrade to the Yearly Plan, the Trial Plan amount shall be fully adjusted against the annual subscription fee.
6. Service Limitation During Trial
Certain advanced features, third-party integrations, or custom developments may not be included under the Trial Plan. Activation of additional modules may require plan upgrade or add-on purchase.
7. Legal Acceptance
By enrolling in the Trial Plan, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms stated above.
